Welcome to the Freedom of Information Management System website |

 |
The Freedom of Information Management System is a whole-of-government system established to provide
assistance to agencies subject to the South Australian Freedom of Information Act 1991.
The information collected is used to aid agencies in processing and managing FOI applications
in accordance with freedom of information legislative requirements. Security is in place so that
data input by an agency can only be accessed by registered users of that agency. There is no data-sharing between agencies.
The Freedom of Information Management System website is operated in compliance with the South Australian Government’s
Information Privacy Principles (IPPs), a copy of which can be obtained at:
http://www.archives.sa.gov.au/privacy/principles.html.
These principles are based on national and international privacy standards. They apply to personal information of natural persons, not corporate bodies.
